1. When we slow down our breath it is calming
2. When we suspend our breath either in or out it stops our mind chatter
3. When we use intentional higher vibrational words to focus our mind it uplevels our frequency
4. When we change our body position and posture we can change our frequency and increase energy flow throughout our body
Begin seated or standing:
Inhale through nose, suspend breath,
silently vibrate the word "VIC-TOR-Y" broken into 3 syllables,
then exhale through the nose.
RPT 3X or continue repeating up to 3 minutes. (eyes may be closed or open)
Begin seated or standing:
Inhale through nose while lifting both arms into a big "V" reaching upward,
pause with arms up and suspend the breath while silently vibrating the word "VIC-TOR-Y" broken into 3 syllables,
then exhale through the nose and lower the arms to relax.
RPT 3X or continue repeating up to 3 minutes. (eyes may be closed or open)
We use our fingers, hands and arms continuously throughout each day, and it is important to keep the energy channels open and flowing...especially through the joints of the shoulder, elbow, wrist and fingers.
